The Northern Norwegian coast swells in fish and has for several thousand years been the basis for our settlement here in the north. Fishing is still a big part of the food base for the region, and we see anglers and guests coming to visit to experience the thrill of a large cods’ strength as he is pulling the fishing hook.
Afterward, you can enjoy the delicious feeling of providing completely fresh and unripe food for lunch or dinner. You can also combine an expedition to the sea with a Northern Norwegian night party on an old pier, in a steam industry building for cod liver oil, or a discontinued, charming fish reception.
